I turn 30 in June 2014. I want to lose 100 lbs BEFORE then. No sweets, no cheat days or meals. Will I survive?
Today's schedge:
- Throw away crap food
- Exercise at home (Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, Sit Up App, Just Dance with the kids)
- Write monthly plans: Food & Exercise (I don't work well with winging it)
